Returns - Changes
Our goal is to complete fair transactions in every order placed.
Product returns are processed in the following two ways:
– La Viv Company assumes the shipping costs for the return of the products.
In case you receive a defective or incorrect product (eg damage during transport or for incorrect placement of products in your order) our Company is charged the costs of sending the parcel and re-receipt on your behalf. What we ask of you is to deliver the parcel to the representative of the transport company exactly as you received it after you found the damage (the products will be in the original packaging and are not used for any purpose) and to contact us within 2 days from the date your receipt.
The right of withdrawal (return of the order) is lost after 14 days (10 working days) from the date of receipt.
– The Consumer is responsible for the return charge.
The Consumer has the right, regardless of the two mentioned above, to return the products he received within 14 days (10 working days) from the date he received them. In this case the costs and the shipping process are borne by the Consumer.
Attention: There are no changes in any of our earrings for hygiene reasons, in the seasonal items as well as in the offers!
